Shanghai VA Design Studio | 300㎡ Artistic Old Building Villa
Italian contemporary design, rejuvenating the vitality of the old house.
The Calvino team fully controlled the design and lighting adjustment. Using light as a medium, they broke down the spatial boundaries and reached the core of art. Linear light strips outline the building's shape, and soft light envelops the area; with light as the brush, they present the emotional expression of the building.

Discover FRETTE Official Store
The FRETTE 1860 boutique features an excellent retail space. Through the Calvino lighting design, it creates a quiet, restrained yet extremely luxurious atmosphere.
It abandons the strong direct lighting of traditional commercial spaces and uses pure, high-visibility light to accurately reproduce the true texture of FRETTE's high-count bedding, linen, and velvet fabrics, making the patterns and textures clearly visible. A good retail space, light is the best salesperson. It guides the viewer's gaze and conveys the noble essence of the brand.
